Dip powder application requires Dip Base, Activator and Dip Top Coat. Sold separately.

Perfect Blue

In honor of Sept, I finally broke out this color and I can't believe I waited this long. It has the sophistication of a good navy combined with a pop of color that a gorgeous royal blue offers, and then finished off with just the right amount of sparkle. This blue is simply perfect!
