SHIPPING + HANDLING POLICY

All of the pigment mixes and dip powders are handmade in small batches and some colors are made to order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Regular Shipping Times: Fulfillment, processing and handling time can take 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS before receiving shipment notifications. 

New Color Releases, Sales & Holiday Times: Processing can take a little longer due to the high volume of orders received at once. Please allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to receive shipment notifications during these times.

  • Orders are filled by order number regardless of the size of the order or location. Status will remain unfulfilled online while processing.  Tracking information is emailed once shipping labels have been printed. 
  • The time frame noted under each shipping option is only in regards to the postal service's shipping time from when we drop off your package to when it is delivered to your mailbox.  Our fulfillment, processing and handling times will remain the same as stated above.
  • Once orders are processing they cannot be altered or cancelled.
  • Multiple orders to the same address are not guaranteed to be combined.

Calculated by weight and distance at checkout. We ship through USPS or UPS.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP in Lake Stevens, WA.  Please choose *LOCAL PICKUP* at checkout.  A pick up email will be sent once your order has been processed.  Pick up times are from 9am-10pm PST, 7 days a week.  

LOST/LATE PACKAGES: Dipalicious Nails LLC is not responsible for lost or late packages marked as delivered by postal services. During holidays and other busy times, please allow up to 14 business days for the post office or UPS to deliver your package within the US and up to 45 days for international packages. Claims for lost or undelivered packages should be directed to your local post office first. Email us for further assistance if needed at dipaliciousnails@gmail.com.

PACKAGES WITH INCORRECT ADDRESSES:  Dipalicious Nails LLC is not responsible for any shipping addresses entered incorrectly on orders.  Please confirm your shipping address before paying.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates are calculated by weight and distance at checkout.  We currently ship to most of the world.

  • Depending on the destination country, additional customs charges may be incurred in order to receive your package from customs. Dipalicious Nails LLC is not responsible for any extra charges that may accrue due to customs or international taxes upon arrival to the destination country.  
  • UK and other countries could accrue an extra import fee at customs for all packages valuing over £15 ~ $18.36USD.  Check the current exchange rate and local customs for more accurate information.  Dipalicious Nails LLC is not responsible for any extra charges that may accrue due to customs or international taxes and fees upon arrival to the destination country or port.

REFUND POLICY

Due to sanitary and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless items become damaged during shipping and/or arrive defective. These are professional grade products and are to be used at your own risk. Please read directions carefully.

We want you to feel confident using our products. If you need help with application or troubleshooting, we are here to help! You may find the answers you need in the 'HOW TO' section in the menu. You can also send an email to dipaliciousnails@gmail.com.

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at dipaliciousnails@gmail.com and provide photos and/or video of your defective item to be eligible for a refund.  

Missing Items: Contact us immediately if there are any items missing from your order so we can correct it quickly.

Refunds will appear on the original form of payment and can take up to 5-7 business days to process.

  • Please read each description carefully before purchase. We do our best to represent each color as true to life as possible. Colors you see may vary depending on your monitor settings and lighting.
  • Depending on availability, mystery sets and colors may not be eligible for replacement.  If any mystery items become damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced, an equal form of compensation will be offered.
  • Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Dipalicious Nails LLC is not responsible for items lost in transit by the postal service. Please call your local post office for help and to file a claim on lost or missing packages.
