Blue/Purple color shifting shimmer base with a silver magnetic highlight. Color looks more intense when applied over darker colors. Wear as is or use a Magnetic Wand to create cat eye effects and other optical patterns. Choose options from dropdown menu.

3 step gels require Base and Top Gel for application. Cures in 30-60 seconds under a UV/LED nail lamp. IMPORTANT: Clean any gel off the skin before curing to help prevent allergies from developing.
